If the print is damaged on shipping our customer service is ready to help. We need just a quick photo of the package. You will receive another copy.

Our company has 14-days return policy. 

Authenticity token is Non-fungible-token(NFT) that is created(minted) at the same time as print is produced. It keeps information about the author, print number, size, paper and much more.

Every physical print has NFC(RFID) sticker with information about blockchain address of minted NFT. This solution is based on idea that one NFT represents one physical copy. 

You will be automatically eligible to receive the token after 14-days return policy ends. You can recive your authenticity token earlier if you agree to resign from 14-days policy ends.

You will be able to scan NFC sticker with your smarthphone that suppoprts NFC technology(majority of new iPhones and Android phones). You will be redirected to webpage that show info about this photo and shows blockchain address of current NFT owner.

Because we use blockchain technology we provides 100% of transparency of our business. Since every piece of artwork is represented by Authenticity Token you can easily check that on blockchain network.

Season № 01 is delivered on a smart contract based on Polygon Chain.

Investment token is our in-house concept of being digital patron of author and its artwork. Think of it as a digital negative and license of the photo. The owner of Investment token will receive profit of each artwork copy that has been sold by ikona.
